Your whole day, logged in whatever rhythm suits you.
Each entry starts where the last one ended, so the day adds up without a timer running. Log as it happens, every few hours, or once at night.
A week, hour by hour
- Work
- Personal
- Family
- Partner
- Travel & play
- Money & giving
Any rhythm
Log each stretch as it ends, catch up at lunch, or fill in the evening in one go. New entries can follow the last one seamlessly; you can also leave a gap when you want to.
How it felt
Rate any entry from −10 (drained) to +10 (energized). Leave it blank when you don't know, and it's left out of the averages, never counted as zero.
A quick draft can become a detailed record.
The hero shows the fast path. When you want more detail, an entry can hold its time, project, activity, description, people and energy in one place.
Your own projects and activities
Set up the projects and activities that fit your life and group them into areas, so a week reads as work, family, health and the rest.
Who you were with
Tag the people you spent the time with. Time together adds up on each person's page.
Edits that keep the day whole
Change when an entry ended and the next one moves with it, so nothing overlaps and no minute is counted twice.
Notes that do more
Write "squat 3×5@135" or "watched episode 5" in the notes and Well Lived offers to log the sets or the progress. Nothing is saved until you tap.
About whole-life time log
Do I have to log every minute?
No. Log as much or as little as you like. Entries can follow one another across the day, but you can leave gaps. Reports work with what you log.
Is there a timer?
No. You log what happened, after it happened. The next entry starts where the last ended, so you only ever type the end time.
Can I log on my phone and desktop?
Yes. Well Lived runs in your phone's and desktop's browsers, and you can add it to your phone's home screen. We may explore native iOS and Android apps in the future.
AI time logging by voice or text
Describe the last few hours in a sentence or two, typed or spoken. Well Lived drafts one entry for each thing you did, with times, project, activity and energy, and nothing is saved until you check it.
Time and energy reports
Your time by area of life, project and activity, ranked by how it felt. The patterns are there whenever you look, not only at the end of the week.
Meals, workouts and wearable health data
Meals, workouts, sleep, heart rate, weight, lab results and symptoms, each on the hour it happened, so you can see how they move alongside the rest of your day.
