Terms of service

The agreement between you and Well Lived, in plain words.

Effective date: October 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Brandags, LLC ("Well Lived", "we", "us") for using the Well Lived app and website. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Well Lived.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give us an accurate email address. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, use the account recovery controls or contact us at the mailing address below.

Plans, trials and billing

  • Well Lived offers paid plans, described on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, which we add where required.
  • Private beta accounts are free by invitation and do not require a payment method.
  • When public subscriptions open, choose Core or Plus and provide a payment method to start a 14-day trial with Plus features. The checkout will show the plan, first charge date and amount before you agree. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the first charge, the plan you chose begins automatically when the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
  • If we change a plan's price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Waitlist prices are honored for the period promised when you joined.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it's resolved.

Cancelling and refunds

When subscriptions open, you can cancel at any time in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll look at it.

Your data

What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide Well Lived to you, including the AI features you choose to use. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. During private beta, you can request an export or account deletion by mail; in-app controls are planned for public launch. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

AI features

Some features use an AI model to draft entries, estimate meals, read dreams, draft messages or suggest changes. AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it; drafted entries aren't saved until you save them, and drafted messages are never sent for you.

Not medical advice

Well Lived shows your own data and patterns in it. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Correlations it shows are not proof of cause. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, and in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Connected devices and services

If you connect a ring, watch, scale or other service, you also agree to that provider's terms, and you can disconnect at any time. We aren't responsible for their availability or the accuracy of the data they send.

Acceptable use

Don't use Well Lived to break the law, to store data about other people that you have no right to keep, or to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service. Don't try to access another person's account or data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes to Well Lived and these terms

We improve Well Lived continually, which means features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Well Lived after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can. If we ever shut Well Lived down, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data.

Disclaimers

Well Lived is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
