Syncs with Oura, Pixel Watch and Fitbit (through Google Health), including Fitbit-connected scales. Example day.
Meals by photoPlus
Photograph a meal for estimated calories, protein, fat, carbs, sugar and other nutrients. Correct the ingredients or portion and the estimate updates.
Packaged food labelsPlus
Photograph the ingredients and nutrition label on a package. Well Lived reads the listed values and calculates them for the portion you ate.
Workouts from your notes
Write "pushups 15, 15, 12" or "squat 3×5@135" and the sets are logged. See strength sessions per week, volume by muscle group and your best sets over time.
Ring and watch dataPlus
Sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps and weight from Oura, Pixel Watch and Fitbit, sync on their own and line up with your log.
Your normal and your targets
Each number is shown against your own recent normal and, if you set one, your target, so a red mark means something.
What moves whatPlus
Which parts of your day go with better or worse nights, and your heart rate during each kind of activity.
Labs and health issues
Follow blood markers across draws against the lab's reference ranges. Keep a history of injuries, symptoms and illnesses, including severity, recurrence and recovery time. Results can be entered manually; a self-service report upload is in development.
Keep a longer view of your health.
See how blood markers move between draws, with the lab's own reference ranges. Remember when an issue began, how severe it was and how long recovery took.
Keep onset, severity, recurrence and recovery in one history.
Lab values can currently be added manually. A self-service bloodwork upload is being developed.
About meals, workouts and wearable health data
Which devices does it work with?
Oura rings, and Pixel Watch and Fitbit through Google Health, including Fitbit-connected scales. Apple Health isn't supported yet.
Is this medical advice?
No. Well Lived shows your own data and the patterns in it. Talk to your doctor about what it means for you.
Can I use it without a wearable?
Yes. You can log meals, workouts, symptoms, weight and how you feel without connecting a device. A ring or watch adds automatic context when you want it.
Whole-life time log
Each entry starts where the last one ended, so the day adds up without a timer running. Log as it happens, every few hours, or once at night.
AI time logging by voice or text
Describe the last few hours in a sentence or two, typed or spoken. Well Lived drafts one entry for each thing you did, with times, project, activity and energy, and nothing is saved until you check it.
Time and energy reports
Your time by area of life, project and activity, ranked by how it felt. The patterns are there whenever you look, not only at the end of the week.
