Where the hours went, and what they did to you.
Your time by area of life, project and activity, ranked by how it felt. The patterns are there whenever you look, not only at the end of the week.
What lifts you, what drains you
Activities ranked by mean energy, weighted by the hours behind them, so one great hour doesn't outrank a good habit.

Over time
Compare each project and activity with its own average and past months. Notice when family, a business or a creative project has quietly taken more or less of your time.

About time and energy reports
How soon will I see patterns?
Where your time went shows from the first day. Energy rankings firm up once an activity has a few rated entries; until then they're shown, marked as tentative.
Do I have to rate every entry?
No. Unrated entries are left out of the energy averages and still count toward your time.
Whole-life time log
Each entry starts where the last one ended, so the day adds up without a timer running. Log as it happens, every few hours, or once at night.
AI time logging by voice or text
Describe the last few hours in a sentence or two, typed or spoken. Well Lived drafts one entry for each thing you did, with times, project, activity and energy, and nothing is saved until you check it.
Meals, workouts and wearable health data
Meals, workouts, sleep, heart rate, weight, lab results and symptoms, each on the hour it happened, so you can see how they move alongside the rest of your day.
